Beaujolais Rosé 2009/N.V. - Buffin, Beaujolais, Burgundy

This features a lovely salmon colour in the glass with a delicate scent of red currants and wild berries. The flavours come on with a subtle richness and a mineral back note, following through with a crisp, dry finish. Ideal on its own or with pate, terrine, grilled fish or barbecued meats.

In 2004, Signe Vigneron was born. Created by Olivia Ravier, who during his presidency of the Beaujolais winegrowers, spent countless hours recruiting independent growers, wineries and those individuals dedicated to the creation and love of wine.

With their team of oenologists supervised by the highly awarded oenologist Philippe Merly, Signe Vigneron work with the land and vine to produce wine that express the typicity of the grapes through traditional methods, careful and consistent scrutiny in each and every process.
