Sauvignon Blanc 2010 - Guillaume Aurele, Vin de Pays d’Oc, France
Aromas of fresh citrus fruit and elderflower, enhanced by a hint of mineral. It has an irresistible refreshing finish.
The Cellar of Cers was created in 1937 with a starting production capacity of 6,000hls. It has now developed a production of 100.00hls, due to a gradual growth and stability of the men who have chaired it.
With only 5 presidents over the last 70 years and a merger in 1995 with the cellar of Portiragnes, and the winegrowers strong desire to keep family vineyards, Cellar of Cers have ensured a staying confidence for the future of Portigagnes-Cers.
The arrival in 2005 of the new Director Guillaume Bonzoms brought a new dynamic: The control of all steps from production to marketing and from the vine to the final consumer.
This has lead to careful care and attention from vine to bottling, producing wine that expresses its own unique character.
